Sex toys can improve pelvic floor blood flow

  If you've ever had a pelvic floor muscle problem, you know it can be super uncomfortable. Vibrators are a great way to get the blood flowing back into those muscles and help them recover!



Vibrators are also great for people who don't have pelvic floor problems but want to keep their pelvic muscles strong. You can use comfortable wearable vibrators to exercise your pelvic floor muscles in the same way you would work out any other muscle group.



It's easy to get started: just lay down on your back, then place the vibrator against your pelvic floor muscles and start working them out with small vibrations. Use as much pressure as feels comfortable, but remember that if it hurts, stop!



You can also try using some lube or massage oil on top of the vibrator so that it goes into your body easier and doesn't hurt as much when it hits against your sensitive areas (if there are any).
